Mr. Numpol is a distinguished graduate of Thammasat University Law School (LL.M. International Law & LL.B (2nd Class Honors)) and completed his thesis under the topic of “International Law and Problems Occurring from Abandonment of Upstream Platforms on the Continental Shelf”. Mr. Numpol is also the author of the academic publication titled “Foreign Business in Thailand” which was published in April 2011.

Mr. Numpol has been practicing law for more than 25 years. He represents multi-national, regional and local companies by providing expert advice on corporate and securities laws, as well as other legal issues relevant to doing business in Thailand. Mr. Numpol also regularly interfaces with government and regulatory agencies for the application of licenses for his clients’ various commercial undertakings in Thailand.

Mr. Numpol has acquired significant expertise in petroleum issues, particularly “Decommissioning for Upstream Installations in Thailand” in relation to the legal principles and implications of both international and domestic petroleum laws.
