Ms. Ritima graduated from the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree. After graduation, she started her early phase of work in the Banking field since 1999 and focus on the area of banking agreement drafting and general commercial matters. After a-few-year experience in Banking, she had an opportunity to practice in many Listed Companies and their subsidiaries in the role of Corporate Secretary and Legal Counselor, especially in Capital Markets related transactions, including private company and public company laws, securities and stock exchange laws and Mergers and Acquisitions. Her practice also involves corporate restructuring, general corporate advices, and contract drafting.
